We are seeking a talented Pharmacy Recruiter to join a long-term care pharmacy team in Somerset, NJ. This is a temporary or temp-to-hire position that offers flexibility and potential for hybrid work after the initial training period.

Position Details:

  • Setting: Long Term Care Pharmacy
  • Duration: Temp/Temp-to-Hire
  • Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office; flexible hours)
    • Hybrid schedule possible after 4 weeks of training (work from home on Mondays and Fridays).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and requirements.
  • Track and update requisitions and applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ADP preferred).
  • Write, verify, and post job descriptions across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using proven relationship management techniques.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven success in candidate generation and sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with ADP is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering high-quality candidates for both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
