Spanish Speaker - Full Time Retail Pharmacy Technician - San Diego, CA

Soliant Health is partnering with you to fill a fantastic opportunity for a Full-Time Retail Pharmacy Technician in San Diego, CA. This is a contract position that will start on Monday, May 5th and is expected to last for 4-6 weeks. However, there is potential for a contract-to-hire opportunity if you’re a great match for the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of essential tasks in the retail pharmacy setting, including data entry, dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing top-tier customer service. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency will be key to ensuring the best care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry for prescriptions and patient information accurately.
• Assist in dispensing medications and preparing prescriptions for patients.
• Maintain inventory and ensure that the pharmacy is well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with their questions.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold all state and federal regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Must speak Spanish fluently to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Active, in-good-standing Pharmacy Technician license in California.
• Previous experience in a retail pharmacy environment with hands-on knowledge of dispensing, data entry, inventory, and customer service.
• Experience working with pharmacy management systems, particularly DataScan.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to service.
