Full Time Retail Pharmacy Technician - San Diego, CA

Soliant Health is seeking a Spanish-speaking Retail Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, short-term contract assignment in the San Diego, CA area. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a dynamic retail pharmacy setting with the potential for a contract-to-hire transition if it’s a great match. Position Details:

• Start Date: Monday, May 5
• Duration: 4–6 weeks (may consider Tues/Thurs schedule if a long-term fit)
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Setting: Retail / Community Health Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of retail pharmacy support including prescription data entry, medication dispensing, and maintaining inventory
• Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other staff to ensure efficient and accurate service
• Utilize DataScan software to manage workflow and documentation

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
• Fluent in Spanish – required to communicate effectively with patients
• Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with DataScan or similar pharmacy systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal skills
