Per Diem Retail Pharmacy Technician Phoenix, AZ

Soliant Health is building a dedicated team of Pharmacy Technicians to support a brand-new client in the Greater Phoenix, AZ area. This is a prime opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading food and pharmacy chain operating 38 locations across the region.

About the Role:
This per diem position is ideal for pharmacy technicians who are already working part-time or have a flexible schedule and are available to pick up shifts on an as-needed basis. This includes coverage for call-outs, staff vacations, and peak volume days. Pharmacy hours range from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (some locations may close at 8:00 PM).
Though shifts cannot be guaranteed, the client is looking for a reliable, experienced team to call upon when coverage is needed.

Key Details:

• Setting: Retail (grocery store pharmacy environment)
• Pharmacy Hours: Monday – Saturday, typically 10a–7p
• Volume: Under 100 prescriptions per day
• System: QS1
• Training: Two (2) full 8-hour training shifts provided, with additional support as needed

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) is required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Flexible availability for short-notice shifts
• Strong communication skills and reliability are essential
• Ability to adapt to new environments and systems quickly
