Contract Inpatient Pharmacy Technician Nashville, TN

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Technician for a dynamic and supportive hospital setting in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to bring their inpatient expertise to a fast-paced clinical environment.

Location: Nashville, TN
Start Date: June 9, 2025 (Earlier start may be possible)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day shifts with varying hours; rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform typical inpatient pharmacy technician duties, including medication preparation and delivery

• Support pharmacists with order entry, compounding, and medication distribution

• Manage medication inventory and ensure timely restocking

• Collaborate closely with the pharmacy and clinical teams to maintain patient safety and accuracy

• Charge technician experience is a plus

Schedule Details: Variable Shifts. Possible shifts include:

• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
  Rotating weekend coverage is required

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience

• Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License (active and in good standing)

• National Certification (PTCB or equivalent)
