Full-Time Outpatient Pharmacy Technician - Houston, TX

Soliant Health is currently recruiting for experienced Outpatient Pharmacy Technicians for a full-time, 13-week assignment at a well-known hospital in Houston, TX. If you're a skilled pharmacy technician with outpatient/retail experience and a passion for excellent patient service, this is the opportunity for you. Starting May 12th, this position offers a rewarding environment where you can make a significant impact on patient care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced outpatient pharmacy setting
  • Assist pharmacists with medication dispensing, order processing, and patient consultations
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory management
  • Work efficiently with teammates to meet the needs of patients, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions with patients and staff
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of outpatient/retail pharmacy experience (required)
  • Current Texas Pharmacy Technician License (required)
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (required)
  • Ability to work both opening shift (7:45 AM – 4:15 PM) and/or closing shift (9:45 AM – 6:15 PM)
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on patient care and teamwork
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay cooperative and focused under pressure
