Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Pharmacy Technician for a full-time opportunity at a specialty pharmacy located near Heritage Bay, Florida. This facility is dedicated to handling oral oncology medications and is looking for someone with a solid foundation in pharmacy operations and a strong desire to grow within a more specialized setting. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday day-shift position with opportunities for temp, temp-to-hire, or permanent placement, depending on your availability and preferences. The team is ready to interview and onboard qualified candidates immediately, so don't wait—these roles move quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately filling and labeling prescriptions with a high attention to detail
• Managing pharmacy inventory and performing cycle counts as needed
• Answering and triaging incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
• Supporting the pharmacist-in-charge with daily workflow and patient care
• Operating within the PioneerRX pharmacy management system
• Providing top-notch customer service and demonstrating professionalism in all patient and colleague interactions

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Strong background in retail pharmacy duties including filling, inventory, and customer service
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a reliable work ethic
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced pharmacy setting
• Availability to begin work immediately
