Full Time Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician - Chester Country, PA

Soliant Health is now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in the Chester County Pennsylvania area. This position is with a specialty compounding pharmacy operating in a warehouse-style environment, focused on creating personalized pharmaceutical preparations tailored to individual patient needs. This is an excellent opportunity for techs who want to learn and grow — the client is eager to cross-train in both fulfillment and production, making this a dynamic and well-rounded experience.
Assignment Details:

• Location: Chester County, PA
• Term: 13-week contract with potential for permanent hire
• Setting: Specialty compounding pharmacy (warehouse environment)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Rotating Weekend: Candidates should expect to work either Saturday or Sunday on a recurring basis to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate prescription and shipping labels in accordance with regulatory compliance
• Support fulfillment workflows and ensure accurate, efficient processing
• Assist with inventory management and logistics coordination
• Provide clear communication with team members and customers
• Troubleshoot issues with labeling systems and assist with operational updates
• Cross-train and provide support in both fulfillment and production areas

Required Qualifications:

• Recent pharmacy technician experience required (retail or non-retail)
• Experience with non-sterile or sterile compounding strongly preferred
• Pennsylvania pharmacy technician license is a plus (not required)
• National certification (PTCB) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifts and weekend rotations
