• Job Type: PRN / Per Diem

• Location: Defiance, OH 43512

• Schedule: One shift per week – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Start Date: ASAP

• Facility Type: Inpatient Hospital (near Napoleon, OH)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing inpatient medications

• Ensure timely delivery of medications to patient care units

• Refill and manage inventory for automated dispensing cabinets

• Prepare sterile IV compounds (if certified)

• Comply with infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols

• Step in during high-volume times or staffing gaps

• Strong understanding of inpatient workflow and clinical support

• Eager to help maintain seamless medication operations

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Required)

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (Required)

• National Certification (CPhT) (Preferred)

• Prior hospital experience (Required)

• Must be local and able to commit to a consistent weekly shift
