Title: Outpatient Pharmacy Technician
Location: Baltimore, MD
Setting: Hospital
Duration: Contract
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts)
Shift Schedule:

• Days 7a-3:30p, possible Saturday

Duties:

• Check all labels generated against the original written prescription for accuracy
• Order, receive, and monitor drug inventory
• Ensure patients receive all medications upon pick-up
• Receive prescriptions from patients and complete intake sheets
• Perform all outtake procedures to ensure correct medications
• Sign prescriptions out of the pharmacy, process payments

Ideal Candidate:

• Maryland Pharmacy Technician License
• PTCB required
• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail setting
• Bilingual (preferred, not required)
• Positive attitude
