Overview:
We are seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our fast-paced pharmacy department in San Francisco, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced pharmacy professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional patient care. - Lead regulatory and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations. - Represent the pharmacy in meetings with healthcare providers, leadership teams, and other stakeholders. - Manage special projects assigned by the Director of Pharmacy. - Foster a culture of patient safety, collaboration, and high service standards.
Qualifications:

Active California Pharmacy License (required) - 2+ years of management experience in a large hospital or healthcare facility - In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance - Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a dynamic environment
