Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring efficient workflow and patient care.
- Take the lead on regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring the pharmacy adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the pharmacy in meetings with various stakeholders, including other healthcare providers and leadership teams.
- Lead and manage special projects as directed by the Director of Pharmacy.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of patient safety and service.
- California Pharmacy License required.
- 2+ years of experience in a management role at a large hospital or healthcare facility.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and pharmacy operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
