Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to join our team in a retail pharmacy setting. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead in a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring top-notch patient care while driving operational excellence.

Position Details:

• Title: Pharmacist In Charge (PIC)
• Location: Salinas, CA
• Schedule: Variable days, Monday–Saturday
• Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of the assigned pharmacy, ensuring exceptional customer service, sales growth, margin improvements, inventory management, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and compliant record-keeping and storage requirements.
• Manage staffing needs, including hiring pharmacists and technicians.
• Train, develop, and evaluate pharmacy staff, fostering future leadership candidates.
• Ensure staff adherence to company and pharmacy policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Active California pharmacist license (in good standing).
• Retail pharmacy experience required.
• Previous PIC experience preferred, but not required.
