Full Time Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager/PIC - Redmond, WA

Soliant Health is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity at a home infusion pharmacy in Redmond, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy leader with a strong background in sterile compounding, home infusion, and regulatory compliance who is ready to oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations.

Position Overview:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Setting: Home infusion pharmacy with a focus on USP 797 & 800 compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and leadership of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices

• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management

• Oversee cleanroom operations, ensuring adherence to sterile compounding guidelines (USP 797 & 800)

• Collaborate with the warehouse and distribution teams to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery

• Assist with procurement of drugs, supplies, and equipment necessary for infusion therapy

• Maintain and enhance clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review, and industry events

• Step in to perform staff pharmacist duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of prior management experience in a pharmacy setting (Required)

• Previous experience in home infusion pharmacy (Required)

• Expertise in IV/sterile compounding with regulatory knowledge of USP 797 & 800 (Required)

• Experience with CPR+ software (Required)

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
