Position Overview

• Title: Infusion Pharmacy Manager

• Location: Phoenix, AZ area

• Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pharmacy operations and staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Oversee the preparation of sterile compounds, including IV hydration, TPNs, and antibiotics.

• Maintain high standards for safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy (DOP) on recruitment, training, and operational strategies.

• Ensure medication inventory is properly managed and aligned with patient needs.

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) when needed.

• Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations to optimize pharmacy workflow.

• Support accreditation and compliance programs to meet state and federal standards.

• Address patient concerns and pharmacy performance with professionalism and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license (required).

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD or BSPharm).

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a pharmacy setting.

• At least 1 year of experience in hospital, clinic, or home infusion pharmacy.

• Strong knowledge of USP <797> regulations and sterile compounding.

• Proficient in CareTend software (preferred) and strong computer skills.

• Exceptional leadership, delegation, and team management abilities.
