About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations and team management in an infusion pharmacy setting. This position focuses on acute conditions, including IVs/Hydration, TPNs, and Antibiotics. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices while delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Pharmacy (DOP) with daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Oversee pharmacy staff, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.

Establish goals for pharmacy personnel and monitor progress, reporting to the DOP and President.

Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of pharmacy staff.

Maintain and manage staff schedules to meet operational demands.

Supervise compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services.

Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Perform performance evaluations and set annual performance goals.

Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) when required.

Address patient concerns and complaints professionally.

Participate in on-call responsibilities, as needed.

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and risk management protocols.

Engage in performance improvement initiatives and company committees.
Requirements:

Pharmacy Degree with Arizona Board of Pharmacy Licensure.

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospital, clinic, or home infusion pharmacy.

Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, including USP 797 regulations.

Proficiency in CareTend software and spreadsheet management.

Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
