Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and state regulations
• Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), maintaining high standards of patient care and medication safety
• Balance staffing duties with managerial tasks to support a small, dynamic pharmacy team
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize pharmaceutical services

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License (unrestricted)
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience required (LTAC preferred)
• Ability to assume PIC responsibilities
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Immediate full-time availability
