Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge for a direct hire opportunity with a home infusion company located near Bellevue, Washington. If you have a strong background in home infusion, management experience, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of patient care, this role is for you.

Position Details:
  • Position: Home Infusion Pharmacist in Charge 
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Location: Near Bellevue, Washington
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • License: Active Washington Pharmacy License
Key Responsibilities:

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations within the home infusion setting. Your duties will include:
  • Supervising and managing staff within the pharmacy, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practices.
  • Coordinating distribution and working closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of drugs, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assisting with the recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development to ensure that all team members are performing to their highest potential.
  • Participating in the procurement process for drugs, supplies, and equipment in collaboration with the Distribution Supervisor or designee.
  • Maintaining clinical knowledge by reviewing current literature and attending relevant seminars and conferences on pharmacotherapy and intravenous therapy.
  • Performing staff pharmacist duties when necessary, including medication counseling and dispensing.
Qualifications:
  • Required: At least 3 years of prior management experience in a pharmacy setting, and home infusion experience.
  • Required: Proficiency with CPR+ software.
  • Required: Strong experience in IV/sterile compounding with a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines for USP 797 and USP 800.
  • Required: Active Washington Pharmacy License.
  • Required: Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Required: Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
