Soliant Health is looking for an Interim Director of Pharmacy for a 13+ week assignment at a critical access hospital in Anacortes, Washington. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, making it a perfect stepping stone in your leadership journey!

Position Overview:

• Position: Interim Director of Pharmacy (DOP)

• Location: Anacortes, Washington

• Facility: 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital with Provider Clinics

• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week

• Duration: 13-Week Assignment (Temp-to-Hire for the Right Candidate)

• Duties: Mix of staffing and management responsibilities, including oversight of day-to-day pharmacy operations, personnel, budgeting, compliance, and regulatory requirements

• EMR System: MedHost

Key Requirements:

• Active Washington State Pharmacist License

• 3+ years of prior Pharmacy Director experience

• Strong leadership and operational management skills

• Experience with MedHost EMR preferred
