7-On/7-Off Travel Night Pharmacist - Inpatient Setting - Palm Bay, FL

Soliant Health is actively seeking skilled Hospital Pharmacists for several full-time contract opportunities at a major 400+ bed facility on Florida’s Central Coast.

This is an excellent chance to bring your clinical expertise to a top-tier hospital system, working with an experienced and supportive healthcare team. With an immediate start available and flexible scheduling options, these positions are ideal for pharmacists ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Hospital, Inpatient 

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks, with potential to extend or transition to temp-to-hire

• Schedule Options:

• Variable Days/Afternoons 

• Nights – 7 on / 7 off (1 position available)

• Shift Hours: 10- or 12-hour shifts, depending on the assignment

  Responsibilities:

• Verify and manage medication orders efficiently in a high-volume hospital setting

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians during shift operations

• Consult directly with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members regarding drug therapy decisions

• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and therapeutic drug monitoring

• Uphold best practices for medication safety and regulatory compliance

• Utilize hospital systems (EPIC, Pyxis, or similar) for order processing and medication management

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License

• Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacist experience

• Experience with order verification, pharmacokinetics, and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Willingness and ability to work variable shifts or night shift as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis systems

• Advanced knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and patient safety initiatives
