Soliant Health is partnering with a respected Long-Term Care pharmacy in Plymouth, MI, to find an experienced IV/TPN Pharmacist for a full-time, direct-hire position. If you have recent hands-on IV/TPN experience and are passionate about patient care, this is your chance to join a team committed to quality service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Verify new patient prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Prepare, Dispense & Monitor IV/TPN medications in a long-term care setting
Collaborate with Pharmacy Technicians and Order Entry Technicians
Provide Patient Care, including follow-ups and clinical monitoring
Work Closely with physicians to adjust medication dosing as needed
Ensure Compliance with all state and federal regulations
Maintain High Standards for customer service and quality assurance

What You’ll Bring:

Pharmacy Degree & Active Pharmacist License (in good standing)
Hands-on IV/TPN experience (within the last 2 years)
2+ years in an acute-care setting (preferred)
Strong knowledge of intravenous admixtures and therapy
Ability to work independently & collaboratively
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Experience with Frameworks pharmacy software (preferred)

Note: IV/TPN experience in a hospital setting is acceptable if at least 30-40% of your daily work involves IV preparation.
