Job Description:
We are hiring a Special Education Teacher in East Northport, NY, to provide individualized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide targeted instruction aligned with student goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Valid New York Special Education certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
