Position Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a travel assignment in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while exploring the vibrant Milwaukee metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a sterile and organized operating room.
• Monitor patients' conditions throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages.
• Maintain precise documentation of procedures, medications, and patient progress.
• Participate in on-call shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in Wisconsin or a compact state (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an OR RN in an acute care setting.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required).
• Experience with a variety of surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, and laparoscopic (preferred).
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: Flexible; based on candidate availability.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks, with potential for extension.
• Schedule: Full-time; may include day shifts, weekends, and on-call rotation.
