PACU RN Needed in Pocatello, ID - Travel Healthcare Contract

We are seeking an experienced Travel Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse to join a top-performing surgical team in Pocatello, Idaho. This role offers the chance to work in a well-respected healthcare facility while enjoying the beauty and outdoor opportunities of southeast Idaho.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Pocatello, ID

• Position: Travel PACU RN

• Contract Length: 13 weeks with extension potential

• Shift: Days or evenings available, may include rotating weekends or on-call

• Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures

• Assess and document vital signs and patient conditions

• Administer pain medications and manage post-op symptoms

• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families

• Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and recovery staff

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Idaho or compact state

• Minimum 2 years of recent PACU or critical care nursing experience

• Current BLS and ACLS (AHA required)

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• EPIC experience preferred
