Job Details:

• Position: Med Surg/Telemetry RN (Travel)

• Location: Charlottesville, VA 22903

• Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for extension

• Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical telemetry unit

• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and administer medications

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge instructions

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Virginia or compact state)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
