• Travel Area: Greenwood, Indianapolis, New Palestine, Shelbyville, Greensburg, and South Columbus, IN
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week
• Productivity: 28 units

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Home Care Home Base software
• Expertise in OASIS documentation
