Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field and ensure proper instrument handling

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care under supervision

• Help position patients and ensure safety during procedures

• Communicate effectively with surgical staff and support patient care throughout surgery

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) credential required

• Minimum of two years of recent operating room experience

• BLS & NBSTSA certification required

• Strong understanding of surgical techniques and aseptic practices
