**Job Title:** Full-Time Elementary School Special Education Teacher (SPED)

**Job Description:**  
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our elementary school team in Glendale, AZ, for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with diverse learning needs, creating individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure the success of each student.

**Qualifications:**  
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred)  
- Valid Arizona SPED teaching certification  
- Experience in an elementary school setting  
- Strong communication and organizational skills

**Responsibilities:**  
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students' needs  
- Provide differentiated instruction in a supportive classroom environment  
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other staff  
- Monitor and document student progress
