Travel Med-Surg/Telemetry RN – Buffalo, NY

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel contract in Buffalo, NY. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse with Med-Surg and Telemetry experience looking to expand their skills in a bustling healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Buffalo, NY
• Position Type: Travel Contract
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights – to be discussed during the interview)
• Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS
• License: Must hold a valid NY or compact RN license at the time of submission
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience required
• Electronic Medical Record: Epic experience required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit
• Monitor patient vital signs, telemetry readings, and manage medication administration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care in Epic EHR system
