LPN Needed in Watertown, NY – Long Term Care

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel contract in Watertown, NY. This position is ideal for an LPN with long-term care experience who is ready to float between units in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Watertown, NY
• Position Type: Travel Contract
• Unit: Long Term Care
• Shift: 8-hour evenings (Every other weekend required)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 per week
• Overtime: Eligible after 48 hours
• Float Requirement: Must float to all units (same building)

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in long-term care (experience with MS, ortho, dementia, memory care patients)
• License: Active NY LPN License required
• Certifications: BLS (AHA) required
• Patient Population: 40-bed unit
• EMR System: PointClick Care
• Radius Rule: 75 miles
