LPN Needed in Utica, NY – Long Term Care

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel contract in Utica, NY. This position is perfect for an LPN with long-term care experience who is ready to float between units in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Utica, NY
• Position Type: Travel Contract
• Unit: Long Term Care
• Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Every other weekend required)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 per week
• Float: Must float to all units (same building)

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years in long-term care (experience with MS, ortho, dementia, memory care patients)
• License: NY LPN License (Active)
• Certifications: BLS
• Patient Population: 40-bed unit
• EMR System: PointClick Care
• Radius Rule: 75 miles
