What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
• Adjust instructional strategies to accommodate various learning styles.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support student development.
• Track progress and refine teaching methods based on student performance.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, setting and reviewing educational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Ohio Special Education teaching certification required.
• Experience with special needs students is preferred but not mandatory.
