Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Director of Pharmacy to join a pharmacy team, at a smaller hospital located in Michigan. This interim position offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact while overseeing pharmacy operations in a close-knit healthcare environment.
Position: Interim Director of Pharmacy
Setting: Hospital - Inpatient
Location: Michigan
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shifts
Duration: 13 weeks+
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient and safe practices.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and personnel for the pharmacy department.
- Collaborate with other departments and contribute to the overall success of the hospital.
Ideal Candidate:
- Active MI Pharmacist License required.
- Approximately 2 years of management experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
