We are seeking a qualified and experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This position is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional to bring their expertise to our skilled nursing facility and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
• Employment Type: Contract/Temporary

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality of care.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Lead and support the nursing team, including training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management (required).
• Current Nursing Home Administrator’s License (required).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
