Soliant Health is currently seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week travel contract in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ICU RN looking to expand their critical care experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with a dynamic healthcare team and provide top-quality care to critical care patients. This ICU RN position offers flexible scheduling with both 36 and 48 hours available, so you can choose the hours that best fit your lifestyle.

Job Overview:

As an ICU RN in Grand Blanc, MI, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level care to critically ill patients in various ICU settings. The ICU RN position requires flexibility, as you’ll be rotated through multiple ICU units (MICU, NICU, SICU, TCU, PRCU, 2ST, CVC). You must have recent ICU experience and be able to read and monitor telemetry. There are 1:1 to 1:4 patient ratios, depending on the ICU unit, and the potential for an extension of the contract depending on performance.

• Position: Travel ICU RN
• Location: Grand Blanc, Michigan
• Shift: 1900-0730, 36 hours/week (Open to 48 hours)
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, Tele certified (ability to read a monitor)
• Nice to Have: NIHSS
• Experience: 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 in ICUs; 1:3 in TCU; 1:2 in PRCU; 1:4 in 2ST and CVC; potential extension to 1:6 if necessary
• Floating: Must be able to float to different ICU and stepdown units
