Soliant Health is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a dynamic role in Knoxville, TN. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with a strong background in critical care who is ready to make a difference in a fast-paced ICU setting.

Job Overview:

As an ICU RN, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with acute and critical needs. This position requires flexibility, as it includes a bi-weekly orientation, floating as needed, and a holiday rotation. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend or two weekends per month.

• Float Requirement: Yes
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month
• Holiday Rotation: Required
• Patient Ratio: 1:2-3

Requirements:

• Certifications:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS-AHA)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Licensure: Current RN license in Tennessee or compact license.
• Experience: Previous ICU experience preferred.
