Position Overview:  
As a Pharmacist in this role, you will be responsible for providing inpatient pharmacy services in a small, 62-bed facility. Duties will include typical inpatient pharmacist responsibilities such as checking and verifying prescriptions, compounding IV medications as needed, overseeing pharmacy technicians, and other responsibilities assigned based on your experience. This position offers a flexible schedule with rotating weekends and occasional on-call duties.

Responsibilities
- Perform typical inpatient pharmacist duties, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
- Prepare and compound IV medications as required.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Requirements:
- Active pharmacist license in New Mexico.
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and participate in on-call duties.
