Pay: Up to $40.00 an hour. Additional bonuses may be available with higher credentials and experience.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with autism and developmental disorders
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Passionate about improving the lives of children and enhancing their behavioral and social skills
• Valid AL state license (or eligibility to obtain) if required

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct therapy and behavior support to students in school settings
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to ensure the successful implementation of behavior plans
• Train staff on behavior management techniques and interventions
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to school staff regarding challenging behaviors and classroom management
• Document and track data related to student behavior and progress
