Job Overview:
As the Order Entry (OE) Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient and accurate entry of prescriptions into the Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system, ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the order entry process, ensuring prescriptions are entered swiftly and accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and precise input of prescription and patient information.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet departmental goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician license (required).
• PTCB/National Certification (preferred).
• 3+ years of order entry experience (long-term care experience preferred, retail OE experience considered).
• Leadership experience that reflects strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Frameworks/DocuTrack system (preferred).
• Strong computer skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, growth-focused attitude.
