**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate **Special Education (SPED) Teacher** to join our team for the **2024-2025 school year** in **Fremont, NH**. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students with diverse learning needs. As a key member of our educational team, you will work in a supportive environment focused on helping students achieve academic and personal success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide individualized and group instruction to students with special needs based on their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best learning outcomes for students
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and IEP compliance
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth, independence, and confidence

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid NH Special Education Teaching Certification (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Experience working with students with special needs preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- A passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
