Full-Time Hospital Pharmacist - Turlock, CA

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in a 150-bed community hospital just outside of Modesto. This inpatient role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, ensuring the highest standards of patient care through medication management and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Position Details:

• Variable day/afternoon shifts: 10-hour shifts

• Overtime paid after 8 hours per shift

• Potential for a 7-on/7-off schedule (11:00 AM – 9:30 PM)

• ASAP start date

• Temp-to-hire opportunity available

Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and dispense medications with accuracy and compliance

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy

• Monitor patient responses to prescribed treatments and provide necessary adjustments

• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell for medication management and clinical documentation

• Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacist License

• Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital experience

• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make informed medication recommendations

• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
