Full-Time Hospital Night Pharmacist - Havasu, AZ

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Inpatient Night Pharmacist for a 7-on, 7-off assignment in rural Arizona. This high-impact role requires a dedicated pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting during overnight hours. Position Details:

• Night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)

• 7-on, 7-off schedule

• Inpatient pharmacy duties

• 13-week contract with potential for extension

• ASAP start

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hospital medication management during overnight hours

• Review, verify, and dispense medications with accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety

• Monitor medication therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and pharmacy regulations

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist License

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

• Strong knowledge of hospital protocols, medication dosing, and patient care coordination

• Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities efficiently
