**Job Title: Full-Time K-12 Special Education Teacher**

**School Year:** 2024/2025

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated K-12 Special Education Teacher to join our team in Gilbert, AZ for the 2024/2025 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), working with diverse student populations, and collaborating with educational staff and parents to support student success.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Create and maintain IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and parents.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred).
- Valid AZ Special Education Teaching Certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
