**Job Description**:  
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Middle School Special Education (SPED) Teacher** for a full-time position in Elizabeth, CO, for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students with diverse learning needs, providing them with the individualized instruction and support they deserve.

**Key Responsibilities**:  
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs.  
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure comprehensive support.  
- Modify curriculum and instructional strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.  
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.  
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students with disabilities.  
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, compliance, and related reports.

**Qualifications**:  
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.  
- Valid Colorado Special Education Teaching Certification or ability to obtain prior to start date.  
- Experience working with middle school students, particularly in a special education setting, is preferred.  
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.  
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.  
- Passionate about advocating for students with special needs and committed to their success.
