Soliant Health is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Special Education EC Inclusion Teacher near Davidson County, NC. This full-time role involves working closely with students in Exceptional Children (EC) programs to provide tailored support and ensure academic success within inclusive classroom settings.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate students with special needs into inclusive classrooms.
  • Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications to support diverse learning needs.
  • Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state special education regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
  • North Carolina teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Experience in inclusion classrooms and working with IEPs preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
