Director of Clinical Services Contract Job Pittsfield, MA

Soliant is  hiring a Director of Clinical Services to complete a 13 week contract assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This opportunity will be covering the Day Shift / 8 hours per day / 8:00am - 4:30p / 40 hours Guarantee. 5+ years of progressive and versatile nursing and management experience required. BLS, MA RN License required. 

DETAILS:

• 5+ years progressive and versatile nursing and management experience required
• Demonstrated experience in leadership, problem solving, team building, budgeting and coaching.
• Knowledge of home care operations preferred.
• Experience in preparing, monitoring and enforcing budgets and staffing patterns.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Masters Degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver License required for this need/Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
• Acute care experience preferred
• Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required and NON-NEGOTIABLEctjobs
