Critical Care Float Pool RN Needed – Duluth, MN

Position: Critical Care Float Pool RN
Location: Duluth, Minnesota
Start Date: ASAP (November preferred)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 Variable Shifts (Day/Night Rotation)
Facility: Aspirus St. Luke’s

Job Highlights:

• Float between critical care, cardiac ICU, and IMC units.
• 36–48 guaranteed hours per week.
• Weekend and holiday rotations required.
• Must live 50+ miles from the facility.

Requirements:

• Licenses/Certifications: MN RN License, BLS, ACLS (Preferred: TNCC, CCRN)
• Experience: 1+ year of acute care (critical care preferred). Recent critical care experience within 3 years and prior travel assignments are a plus.
