Duration: 13-weeks, contract to hire
Shift: 
- (1) 2a-10a 
- (1) 10a-6p
Will work a weekend rotation

Pharmacy setting is a hospice medication provider, works just like long term care, except providing medications to hospice patients.

Duties: Checking/verifying dispensed medications and E-Kits; Manages pharmacy technicians, strong communication with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals as patients are released from acute facilities and transferred to skilled nursing facilities.

Experience: Prefer at least 1-year in LTC setting or strong experience working with geriatric patients. Great opportunity for a RETAIL pharmacist to get their foot in the door in a new setting.
