Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care during cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team, anesthesiologists, and support staff.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide reassurance and clear expectations.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR experience.
• On-call availability: 2 nights per week and every other weekend.
• Willingness to float to other units as needed.
• Holiday rotation required.
