Soliant Education is currently hiring a full-time BCBA in the Crowders, NC area for the 2024-2025 School Year. This position offers a fulfilling role providing behavioral support to students in a school setting.
Position: BCBA
Caseload: 6 Students
Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized behavior analysis and support to students.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Monitor student progress and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the success of behavioral interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents/guardians.
Requirements:
• BCBA Certification
• Previous experience in school-based behavioral analysis preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
